ZTE MicroMAX Andro A60 is the world's cheapest phone that runs Android and will be available for the time being in India. At about 152 dollars, ZTE offers a device Android 2.1, 2.8-inch resistive touchscreen QVGA display, a 600 MHz processor and a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus.
