Toshiba makes its debut Android in the smartphone segment, with Regza model T-01C, which will be available soon by Japanese operator NTT DoCoMo.

The handset comes with an impressive 4-inch display, a waterproof housing and e-wallet functions. Unfortunately, there are signs that this model would leave Japan soon, but we can console TG03 Toshiba with a potential that as the first terminal give you rumors of Windows 7 Phone Company.
